Shipping policy

Products are typically made available once payment has been cleared. In the case of products ordered with "Pre-Order" conditions, we generally anticipate having them available within 2-4 weeks, depending on their availability. We will inform you of the estimated arrival date once your order has been paid and confirmed.

 

Our standard practice is customer collection in store. However, we also provide the option of delivering goods to a local address through our company personnel. Delivery charges vary based on the item's size, weight and type. Our delivery fees start at $50.00, including VAT.

 

For deliveries to the Outer Islands, we will select the most suitable method, whether it's by sea or air. Once again, charges will vary depending on the size and weight of the items. Freight charges start at $100.00, including VAT.
